1. General
By accessing the Sama Inn website, making an enquiry, or confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Sama Inn reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The most current version is always available on this page.
2. Reservations and Bookings
All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit. A booking confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp upon successful reservation. Sama Inn reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
3. Pricing
All rates quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly noted. Sama Inn reserves the right to modify rates at any time; however, confirmed bookings will be honoured at the rate agreed at the time of confirmation.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- 30+ days before arrival: Full refund of deposit, less a ₹2,000 administrative fee
- 15–29 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay amount retained
- 7–14 days before arrival: 75% of the total stay amount retained
- Less than 7 days / No-show: 100% of the total stay amount retained
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10–14 business days via the original payment method.
5. Check-In and Check-Out
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability, and may incur additional charges. All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in.
6. Guest Conduct
Sama Inn is a wellness sanctuary committed to providing a peaceful environment for all guests. We request that all guests respect the quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM) and the wellbeing of other guests. Sama Inn reserves the right to request the departure of any guest whose conduct is deemed disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
7. Wellness and Activity Participation
All guests participate in wellness programmes, yoga sessions, Ayurvedic treatments, and adventure activities at their own risk. Guests with pre-existing medical conditions should consult their physician before participating and inform the Sama Inn team at check-in. Sama Inn is not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse reaction arising from wellness programme participation.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sama Inn's liability in respect of any claim is limited to the total amount paid for the relevant stay or service. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property, indirect losses, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or public health emergencies.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
